We signed up as a family for "I Love Kickboxing" and have been thrilled with the results. We've lost a total of 33lbs between two people! They keep you very motivated to reach your goals whether they be weight loss, muscle building or toning. I have toned up and actually have FUN doing the classes. Can't say that for most gyms where the routine becomes boring. These classes are fun but be prepared to sweat! Well worth the money and the results speak for themselves. Couldn't be happier!! Great instructors, clean and great class schedule! Good for all ages.
